Inspect without switching tools
Multi-tab reading, side-by-side view, thumbnails, bookmarks, attachments, and layers bring document inspection together.
Annotate and sign
More than 20 annotation types, PKCS#7 and PAdES digital signatures, eIDAS validation, and batch signing are in the targeted scope.
Convert to useful formats
13 export formats, Office-to-PDF via LibreOffice, and multilingual Tesseract OCR cover the announced transformations.
Fill forms
Detection, filling, and duplicate handling are among the operations the suite supports.
Automate from the command line
104 self-described commands let you replay recurring jobs without opening the graphical interface.
Extend with an SDK
SDK extensions open the way to tailored processing, while every output contract is checked before it is announced as stable.

Annotate a document
A black annotation that is actually loaded and selected appears on the page and in its thumbnail. The annotation flow is visible in the French application.

Choose a stamp
The gallery shows the standard stamps available in this view. It proves stamp selection, not the final click-and-drag placement.

Manage signatures
The Signatures and initials panel exposes the library, creation, and placement. The screenshot does not show a validated digital signature.

Find an operation
The command palette filtered on extract makes advanced actions discoverable without leaving the document.

Extract pages and verify the result
Extracting a two-page range produces a named file and an Extraction succeeded status. This flow was verified with qpdf.

Every operation re-reads the produced file before announcing success. Generalising that check is still in progress.

Honest limits
What still needs to be done or verified.
- PdfCommander is not yet commercialised. Checkout, binary signing, and notarisation remain to be done.
- AI features for summarisation, translation, and classification are announced in the code but audited as unreliable. They are not promoted.
- Some page operations are being fixed after structurally fragile files were detected on September 2, 2026.
Product status
A complete suite, not yet for sale.
PdfCommander is in stabilization. Its test suite exceeds 8,000 cases. The September 1 campaign closed 13 output-contract defects. The execution audit of September 2 still found some page operations producing structurally fragile files.
- Fragile operations are being fixed before any sale.
- The gallery's fictional documents pass the checks recorded in the screenshot register.
- 104 command-line commands are announced for automation.
- AI features are not promoted because they have been audited as unreliable.
