Can I send my own object to be engraved?
- Yes. Send the object (wood, leather, glass, metal…) and I will engrave it to your design. Return shipping is charged to you.

Which file format should I use?
- PNG or JPG for bitmap images; SVG/DXF for logos and vector shapes. Vector files give the best results.

Can you engrave a photo?
- Yes — photorealistic engraving is possible on wood, slate, and leather. The result depends on source quality (300 dpi minimum).

Is the engraving permanent?
- Yes. Laser engraving is indelible: it does not fade with time, moisture, or washing (depending on the material).
- 05 —
Do you offer cutting only (no engraving)?
- Yes — custom shapes in wood (≤ 25 mm) and acrylic (≤ 30 mm). Clean, precise edges.

Do you ship across France?
- Yes, via Colissimo or Chronopost depending on urgency. Shipping charged to the client. Fragile objects packed with care.
